Pour r\u00e9aliser cette \u00e9tude nous avons choisi d\u2019utiliser les donn\u00e9es des capteurs de CO2, de mouvement et l\u2019\u00e9tat (allum\u00e9 ou \u00e9teint) des diff\u00e9rentes lumi\u00e8res. Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9tudier le taux de pr\u00e9sence pour chaque \u00e9tage de la maison ind\u00e9pendamment.<br>L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas de calculer le nombre exact de personnes pr\u00e9sentes mais d&#8217;\u00eatre le plus pr\u00e9cis possible sur la pr\u00e9sence ou non de personnes dans les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9tages. Due to technologies, family life in the living room has changed sharply. Television, home theaters, laptops, autonomous vacuum cleaners, etc. All this set of electronic devices coexist in harmony with the space shared by relatives in the living room on a day-to-day basis. Now, all these devices, as mentioned above, produce heat. If there are too many people in the room and there are too many devices connected, the heat produced can become too high. This is achieved through the use of a combination of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks. The LSTM model can be used to model the temporal dependencies between the solar energy production and the scheduling of the electrical appliances, especially the one who consumes energy the most. In this paper, it has been proposed that a hybrid deep learning model can enhance previous models and use a combined CNN-LSTM network to achieve more accurate short-term load forecasting. The performance of the proposed model is evaluated on real-world data sets and compared with existing models. The results indicate that the proposed method outperforms existing models, making it a valuable tool for short-time load prediction applications. Ce secteur, \u00e0 l\u2019origine de 20% des \u00e9missions de CO2 en France, est le second poste d\u2019\u00e9mission derri\u00e8re les transports. Il est \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019origine de pr\u00e8s de 1\/3 de la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie finale. Il s\u2019agit donc d\u2019un enjeu majeur des politiques de lutte contre le r\u00e9chauffement climatique.<br>N\u00e9anmoins, il ne faut pas oublier que le r\u00e9chauffement climatique va influer sur les consommations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques des m\u00e9nages. Des pr\u00e9dictions faites par M\u00e9t\u00e9o France montrent que les temp\u00e9ratures moyennes pourraient atteindre une augmentation de +4\u00b0C \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2100 si aucune politique de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre n&#8217;est mise en place. Il est devenu automatique dans certaines pi\u00e8ces car il offre commodit\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en \u00e9clairant les zones qui seraient autrement sombres et donc peu s\u00fbres. La r\u00e9volution annonc\u00e9e des IOT (Internet of Things) c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire du d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019objets connect\u00e9s entre eux va entra\u00eener une augmentation<br>majeure dans l\u2019utilisation de nouveaux capteurs. Cette augmentation du nombre de ces capteurs pose aussi le co\u00fbt \u00e9cologique associ\u00e9. The goal of this project is to predict the general power consumption for the next half hour of a smarthouse based on the current power consumption of high consuming devices. K-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN) and Decision Trees are the used machine learning algorithms for building two predictive models. These models are evaluated and compared. Pour les maisons construites en 2000 ou plus tard, il est important de noter que 47% de l\u2019\u00e9nergie consomm\u00e9e est utilis\u00e9e pour le chauffage des surfaces. Ce pourcentage est m\u00eame de 62% pour les maisons construites avant 1975. On comprend bien que le chauffage est un sujet br\u00fblant pour la transition \u00e9cologique. Cette derni\u00e8re doit d\u2019abord s\u2019accompagner d\u2019une forte r\u00e9novation des logements pour emp\u00eacher les pertes thermiques importantes et donc le gaspillage \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Le terme sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 est \u00e9galement entr\u00e9 dans le langage courant pour r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et budg\u00e9taires pour les m\u00e9nages.
